USC's parking pages are written primarily around football gameday and ticketed-event traffic; no Springfest-specific parking notice was found (consistent with it being a free, on-campus, walk-up student event rather than a large off-campus-draw festival) daily/hourly self-park in the McCarthy Way/Figueroa/Royal St structures is the standing default any campus visitor would use
