What happened to Music Midtown?
Paused in August 2022 after a Georgia Court of Appeals ruling undercut organizers' ability to ban firearms at the public-park venue; returned for one edition September 15-17, 2023 with a no-weapons policy. Organizers announced on May 8, 2024 that the festival was 'going on hiatus this year,' without giving a specific reason, and said to 'stay tuned here for future updates.' No further update or edition has followed.
