Neon City Festival is a free, all-ages, open-format music festival that takes over the heart of Downtown Las Vegas each November, transforming the Fremont Street Experience into an open-air event with three stages under The Canopy plus the 120,000-square-foot Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. Its 2026 edition spans house, bass and festival EDM alongside rock and hip-hop headliners, and coincides with Formula 1 weekend in the city
