Villain Arts runs its Omaha tattoo festival at the Chi Health Center in downtown Omaha, a venue the organiser notes sits just steps from the city's hotels and its dining, shopping and entertainment scene. The weekend follows the touring circuit's format: a day pass or a three day pass, sold only in person at the show, with free entry for children under 12.
