The experience

What's special

Phoenix Fan Fusion is a three-day pop-culture and cosplay convention at the Phoenix Convention Center in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, confirmed for June 4 to 6, 2027 and operated by Square Egg Entertainment. Passes for the 2027 edition had not gone on sale at the time of this record, with the organizer's own site saying only to check back in the new year, so no price range could be captured. The show's programming hours run from mid-morning into the night, Programming Events opening at 10:30 AM and running until 11:30 PM on Friday and Saturday and until 5:00 PM on Sunday, while the Lower Level Exhibit Hall and Autograph Hall, home to vendors, artists, costuming groups and celebrity guests, keep shorter hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Friday and Saturday and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday. Panels are included with admission and run in Ballroom 301, while a separate Autograph Hall in the North Building hosts paid celebrity autographs and professional photo ops once each year's guest roster is announced. Game Tabletopia, billed as the largest tabletop gaming space in Arizona, spreads over 200 play tables across board games, trading card games, roleplaying games and miniatures, with learn-to-play sessions, publisher demos and a free game library. Cosplayers compete in a Masquerade Costume Contest capped at roughly 50 entries, including groups of up to seven, judged through online pre-registration, work-in-progress photo review and an in-person pre-judging round before the final stage performance; the convention's prop policy, set by the Phoenix Convention Center itself rather than the organizer, allows lightweight foam, plastic and resin props and armor while barring anything resembling a real or replica firearm, bladed metal weapons, and other hazardous or excessively noisy items. The venue publishes detailed accessibility features of its own, including Braille signage, ADA seating sections, mobility-device rental, and a named Diversity Lounge and set of Safe Places for attendees who need a quiet space. The show suits Arizona-based comics, cosplay and tabletop-gaming fans building a regional convention into their yearly calendar, families drawn by its all-ages, family-friendly framing, and craft-focused cosplayers chasing the Masquerade Costume Contest
