By car

No direct passenger rail to the venue was found. Drive, fly in, or use a shuttle instead.
By bus & public transit
DCA has its own Metrorail station on the Blue and Yellow Lines (reached via enclosed pedestrian bridges from Terminal 2, or the free Airport Shuttle bus from Terminal 1). The Blue Line runs straight through to Stadium-Armory station, which Project GLOW's own official travel page names as the Metro stop for the festival (also served by Orange/Silver) no transfer needed from DCA specifically on the Blue Line
