The single-day Scottish festival brings heavy athletics and a tug of war, massed pipe bands and solo piping, Highland dancing, sheepdog demonstrations and the Great Gathering of the Scottish Clans, with clans encircling the main field for the Calling of the Clans

The Great Gathering of the Scottish Clans encircles the main field, with a Clan Parade and Calling of the Clans at opening ceremonies, an honored clan each year and genealogy help for visitors tracing their Scottish roots
Taking part
Sheepdog demonstrations, an instrument petting zoo with Vermont Folklife and Young Tradition Vermont, a Kids Ceilidh, the Quechee Quest family scavenger hunt and live music from the Rebel Collective and the Quechee Games Ceilidh Band fill out the day, with food and vendors
