Sakura-Con

Sakura-Con's 2027 edition runs March 26 to 28 at the Seattle Convention Center's Arch Building, selling only a full three-day membership with no single-day option and no at-door sales; everyone must register online before joining the badge-pickup line. The current pre-registration tier at capture is $100, on a ladder that started at $80 and rises to a final $130; once inside, members pay no further fees for programming, including autographs, concerts, theaters and gaming. Children 5 and under attend free with family, and ages 6 to 12 get a 50 percent discount. Its Cosplay Contest, open to all experience levels, is explicitly not a popularity or look-alike contest, and lets entrants choose craftsmanship, stage performance, or both. Firearms, metal knuckles and any functional projectile weapon are prohibited outright; every other prop must be inspected and peace-bonded at a designated table. More than 100,000 square feet of exhibit space is standard to the show
