The OM Festival comes to West Mountain Inn, Arlington, VT, Expected July. Froligo tracks current ticket prices, camping, attendee feedback and travel details.

What it stands for

The festival describes itself as a transformative retreat experience for your sacred soul and a curated transformational micro festival built for deeper connection over crowds, immersive experiences without overwhelm and unlimited access rather than choosing between offerings. It explains its name in its own words as the primordial sound of creation in Hindu scripture and the original vibration of the universe, and frames Vermont as a magical place with strong energy and universal vibrations, which is the festival's own vocabulary rather than an asserted fact. The current site addresses leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs and burned out executives as much as dedicated practitioners, and tells returning attendees attend once, belong forever, you are an OM'ie for life

The experience

What's special

Four days on the grounds of a Vermont country inn, with a schedule dense enough that 152 separate offerings ran between Thursday noon and Sunday evening across barns, tents, a pond, a labyrinth, a fire pit and the Battenkill River. The range is unusually wide for a festival this size: Kundalini, Katonah, Yin, Restorative, Chair Yoga, Acro and Vinyasa sit beside Franklin Method movement classes, pelvic floor and shoulder girdle anatomy workshops, cacao ceremonies, cold plunges, guided hikes, river tubing, a floating sound healing on Keelan Pond and nightly live music, kirtan and silent discos that ran past 11pm. Food is programmed rather than incidental, with farm to table dinners on the Inn patio, a wood fired pizza night and a wine, cheese and chocolate tasting all sold as separate experiences

What people love

Two testimonials are published on the festival's own homepage. One reads that OM truly changed the writer's life, praising the classes and workshops and the love and community, and saying they cannot wait to come back next year. The other says the writer looks forward to OM every year and calls it their favourite gathering. These are organiser selected quotes, not independent reviews

The practice

Who it's for

all abilities and all ages. The festival says the event is for all abilities and all ages and that people brand new to yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance and flow arts can still come, describing the environment as safe and fun. The 2026 programme itself ranged from Chair Yoga and Yoga Nidra through Yin and Restorative to a session explicitly labelled Fire In The Belly (Active Class), Acro Yoga and a five hour Lye Brook Falls hike, so demand varies widely by session. No per class level tagging is published

Vigorous flows plus dry, high-altitude air dehydrate fast.

Recovery and comfort. Four days on a 175 plus acre Vermont inn property with sessions spread between barns, tents, a pond, a labyrinth, a fire pit and the Battenkill River, so the load is walking and standing as much as practice. The festival's own bring list is unusually complete and leads with a mat, straps, blocks, blanket and a bolster or pillow, then adds extra clothes for Vermont weather including socks, a rain jacket, trousers, shorts and yoga pants. Nights in the Green Mountains cool off sharply and most sleeping is under canvas, so warm layers and a proper sleeping bag matter more than at a summer festival further south. Showers need a purchased token and your own towel. Cell service is limited. A river tube doubles as seating, river shoes are needed for tubing, and hiking shoes are needed for the guided hikes, which include a Lye Brook Falls hike scheduled for five hours. Cold plunge sessions and a floating sound healing on Keelan Pond both need a bathing suit

Shop links may earn Froligo a commission; they never change the price you pay.
