What it stands for

Vikara Events says its mission is to bring people who love yoga, Pilates and fitness together, promoting connection and inspiring people to care for themselves and their communities, and describes what it makes as one of a kind outdoor wellness experiences. It bills the Denver day as movement, mindfulness and the region's leading wellness brands in one experience. Those are the organizer's words for its own intent

The experience

What's special

A half day outdoor festival on the natural grass Campus Green Lawn at the University of Denver, and the first Denver edition from Vikara Events. The Wellness Village of stalls opens at 09:30, an hour of Vinyasa Flow with Mallory Irene starts at 10:00, then half hour blocks of mat Pilates, breathwork and guided meditation run to a fifteen minute community dance party at 13:15, and the day closes at 14:00. Cold plunges are available on site. The pricing is the other distinctive part: $35 admits one person, but $150 admits ten, so the cost per head falls to $15 for a studio or a workplace group
