The experience

What's special

An all-inclusive yoga festival and retreat hybrid for up to about 200 guests over three days and two nights at the 350-plus-acre Ogontz White Mountain Resort, a historic summer camp property in New Hampshire's White Mountains. One pass covers lodging in screened cabins, cottages or private rooms, all meals, and the full programme: yoga classes, meditation, breathwork, sound baths, kirtan, live music, rituals and nature immersions. The 2026 weekend opened with a fire ceremony and closed with a cacao ceremony, in between offering stand up paddleboard yoga on the lake, a waterfall hike, an Ayurvedic kitchen workshop, an ecstatic dance party and candlelit evening flows, with free time for the swimming lake, sauna, hot tub, canoes and trails built into the schedule. The organizer frames the weekend as summer camp for the soul, with solo travelers paired into shared cabins so everyone arrives as a guest and leaves as part of the kula, its word for community

The practice

Who it's for

All Levels (as labeled on the 2026 schedule). Sessions carrying a level tag on the 2026 Sched programme are marked All Levels. The mix runs from still practices (meditation, sound baths, restorative yoga and yoga nidra) through active flows, stand up paddleboard yoga on the lake, acro partner yoga and a waterfall hike, with meal breaks and free lake time built into the day

Vinyasa (Candlelit Slow Flow Vinyasa)

Flowing sequences that link breath to movement. Expect to move and sweat.

Restorative Yoga

Fully supported poses with props, built for rest and recovery rather than effort.

Yoga Nidra

Guided lying-down meditation on the edge of sleep. No movement at all.

Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga
Acro Partner Yoga
morning and closing slow flows

Vinyasa at half speed, with more time in each pose.

Accessibility & comfort

What the organiser or venue publishes about getting around, and what they do not.

Disability accessNo accessibility statement was published. The venue is a rustic summer-camp-style lakeside resort with screened cabins, cottages and lodge rooms across sloping wooded grounds; accommodation styles differ substantially in access terms, so attendees with mobility needs should ask about the private queen rooms and cottage options with the fewest steps when registering
Quiet & supportThe schedule is deliberately spacious, with unstructured time by the lake encouraged between sessions

Recovery and comfort. Recovery is built into the format: all meals are prepared on site, the property has a sauna and hot tub, a swimming lake with dock, and the 2026 program balanced vigorous flows with restorative yoga, yoga nidra, sound baths and morning meditations on the lake deck. Cabins include linens, towels and extra blankets, so packing can focus on practice clothes, layers for cool mountain nights and any personal props
