Wakaan publishes a full accessibility guide at wakaanfestival.com/ada/. The event is held on grassy terrain at Mulberry Mountain and the organiser says accessible routes connect parking, entrances, stages, accessible viewing areas, vendors and all other activity areas.

There is an accessible entry lane at the main entrance for a patron with a disability plus up to one companion, and an Accessibility Services Hub near the main entrance where you collect a free accessibility wristband. There is no pre registration and no separate accessibility ticket to buy.
One accessibility companion wristband is issued per guest with a disability, free of charge. Accessible viewing areas are provided at designated stages, seating is first come first served, and companions may be asked to stand at the back if the area fills.
Accessible camping is requested through an Accessible Camping Form and sites are close to paths, entrances, exits, shuttles, accessible restrooms and accessible showers. You must bring a valid state issued handicap placard, plate or sticker to enter accessible camping.
Motorised mobility devices can be recharged at the Hub but no wheelchair or scooter rentals are offered. The festival does not run transport between stages, so you navigate the grounds yourself or with a companion. Service animals are permitted and must be verified at the Hub.
Access email is [email protected]. Note that the accessibility guide still shows a 2024 request cutoff date and a 2025 request form, so confirm current deadlines with the organiser
ASL interpretation is available on request through the Effective Communication Request Form. Requests should be made no later than 30 days before the event, and the guide says late requests cannot be guaranteed. On arrival you check in at the Accessibility Services Hub to be connected with the interpreting team.
