Bio
Adam Brous is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and YACEP, and the founder of Hineni Yoga School. His teaching draws together Blissology, Katonah Yoga, power vinyasa, hot yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra and meditation practice, alongside study with the Self-Realization Fellowship. He teaches at Telluride Yoga Festival and The Om Festival
