Bio
Alicea Reddy is an RYT 500 yoga teacher and somatic psychotherapist who grew up in Colorado. She was previously a first responder in the San Francisco Bay Area specialising in crisis intervention, critical incident stress management and community mental health, and she now works for a non-profit serving first responders and their families. Her yoga teaching combines yoga and sound with somatic psychology, and she is certified as an instructor with Yoga Shield Yoga for First Responders
