Bio
Arundhati Baitmangalkar is a yoga teacher born and raised in South India, where she trained in Mysore and Bangalore, including under senior disciples of B.K.S. Iyengar. She is the founder and lead teacher of Aham Yoga in Redmond, Washington, which she has run for more than thirteen years. She teaches from a classical, lineage-based approach and speaks at festivals including Denver Yoga Summit and Sedona Yoga Festival
