Bio
Banda Machos are a Mexican technobanda group formed in 1990 in Villa Corona, Jalisco, originally a 12-member ensemble. Led in their early years by vocalist Raul Ortega, they helped popularize the energetic 'quebradita' dance style across Mexico and the United States in the 1990s. Their 1992 album 'Sangre de Indio' marked their commercial breakthrough, and in 1993 they won a Premios Lo Nuestro award as New Artist in regional Mexican music
