Cypress Hill is an American hip-hop group formed in South Gate, California, in 1988, known for its West Coast and psychedelic rap style. Their 1993 album Black Sunday debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, and in 2019 they became the first hip-hop group honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
