Cyril Neville (born 1948 in New Orleans) is an American percussionist and vocalist, the youngest of the Neville Brothers and a former member of the funk group The Meters. His music spans R&B, funk, and blues, and he has recorded and performed with artists such as Bob Dylan, Dr. John, and Willie Nelson.
