Bio

Death Cab for Cutie is an American indie rock band formed in 1997 in Bellingham, Washington, led by singer-songwriter Ben Gibbard. It began as a solo project before expanding into a full band and releasing the debut album Something About Airplanes in 1998. The group has since earned multiple Grammy nominations.
