Japanese Breakfast is an American indie pop band led by musician and author Michelle Zauner, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The project released its debut album Psychopomp in 2016 and earned Grammy nominations for Best New Artist and Best Alternative Music Album for the 2021 album Jubilee.
