Bio
Juliana Larochelle is a certified yoga teacher and mentor with more than twelve years of experience, and the creator of Steal My Flow, a project through which she shares her class sequences with other yoga teachers. In her twenties she lived in an ashram in Vrindavan, India, studying the Bhagavad Gita and yoga philosophy. She teaches at Denver Yoga Summit and It's Just Yoga Orlando
