Kurt Rosenwinkel (born October 28, 1970, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American jazz guitarist, composer and bandleader. He studied at the Berklee College of Music before leaving to tour with vibraphonist Gary Burton, then settled in Brooklyn and worked with musicians including Mark Turner, Brian Blade and Seamus Blake. He is widely regarded as an influential figure in modern jazz guitar.
