Leftover Salmon is an American jam band formed in Boulder, Colorado, around 1989-1990 by Drew Emmitt and Vince Herman. Blending bluegrass with rock, Cajun, and zydeco into a style often called "jamgrass," the group became a fixture of the jam-band circuit and was inducted into the Colorado Music Hall of Fame.
