The producer, the nonprofit PineCone, says it offers accessibility accommodations and services including sighted guide services for blind and low vision attendees and designated accessible viewing areas at each stage. The best places for ADA and rideshare dropoff and pickup are given as the intersection of W.
Martin Street and Salisbury Street and the intersection of Fayetteville Street and Lenoir Street. The festival is free and takes place across multiple outdoor spaces on the streets of downtown Raleigh, so it is walkable and multi site rather than shuttle based.
Sighted guides are available from 3pm to 10pm on Friday and from noon to 10pm on Saturday, and must be booked by 25 September through the PineCone contact form or on 919-664-8333. Folding and camp chairs are allowed, but not tents or chairs with attached umbrellas.
