Bio
Mandie Schreck is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher, Reiki master and mindfulness coach who teaches under the name Aham Prema Glow. Her classes combine asana, pranayama and Reiki, and she describes her practice as trauma-informed and focused on mindful movement. She teaches at the NEPA Yoga Festival and at Transcend Fest in Connecticut and Vermont
