Bio
Melanie Law is the director of the Ridgway Yoga Shala in Colorado and has nearly 30 years of experience as a yoga student and teacher. She began practising in Telluride, Colorado, where she later founded the Telluride Yoga Center. She is certified in Hatha Yoga through the Eldorado Mountain Ashram and in Ashtanga Yoga through Richard Freeman, and studied for many years with Jivamukti Yoga in New York, developing a style that weaves asana, music, chanting, poetry and sacred texts. She offers bhakti courses and retreats and leads weekly kirtan at the shala
