Bio

Modest Mouse is an American indie rock band formed in Issaquah, Washington, in 1993. The band took its name from a phrase in Virginia Woolf's short story "The Mark on the Wall." Its 2004 album Good News for People Who Love Bad News reached platinum certification and brought the group mainstream success.
