Bio
Mountain Flower is an indigenous medicine woman, ceremonialist and fourth-generation sacred instrument maker who has been leading ceremonies since 1999. She is a Karuna Reiki Master Teacher and the founder of Intentional Instruments, crafting ceremonial drums, rattles and smudge fans, and she runs hand-drum and rattle-making workshops. She is also an author, with published works including Women Rising (2013), Keep It Real (2016), Holding Space (2020), Conversational Intelligence (2022) and Keep It Clean (2024)
