Ravi Coltrane is an American jazz saxophonist born in 1965 on Long Island, New York, the son of jazz icons John Coltrane and Alice Coltrane and named after sitarist Ravi Shankar. A multiple Grammy nominee, he leads his own groups and has recorded albums including Spirit Fiction and his 2016 ECM release In Movement.
