Super Chikan, born James Johnson in Darling, Mississippi, is an American blues singer, guitarist and instrument builder who leads the band the Fighting Cocks. Influenced by artists such as Muddy Waters and John Lee Hooker, he won a Blues Music Award for Traditional Blues Album of the Year for 2009's Chikadelic.
