Beacon Flow Festival's next dates haven't been announced yet. The last festival was 10 October 2026 in Beacon, NY. Froligo tracks free-entry details, attendee feedback and travel details.
What it stands for
The festival exists to put the region's own musicians and wellness professionals in front of the region, at no cost. In its own words it is 'a free community event designed to showcase the abundance of talented musicians and skilled wellness professionals in our region, while also offering Hudson Valley residents a free opportunity to connect and engage in mindful activities that promote relaxation, inspiration and wellbeing.' Everything about the setup follows from that: free entry, free performances, free wellness presentations, a paid layer only where individual practitioners sell their own time, and a supporters list of more than thirty local businesses in place of a ticket price
The experience
What's special
A free afternoon on the Hudson riverfront that treats music and wellness as one programme rather than two. The music runs as sets on the grass and the wellness runs as free drop in sessions alongside it, with a vendor village of Hudson Valley artisans and food trucks in between, and one to one practitioner sessions bookable through Heallist, some free and some paid. The 2026 lineup runs to ten billings and the festival describes the musical range as pop soul, jazz, eclectic Americana and contemporary world music. One recurring feature asks something of the crowd rather than offering it something: an organic mandala co created on the lawn with artist Kasia Bilinska, built from flowers, leaves and branches that attendees bring. The festival has moved venue every year since it began on the summer solstice in 2024, and 2026 brings it back to the riverfront park where it started
The practice
Who it's for. No fitness guidance is published. The programme spans seated meditation and sound baths at one end and 'high energy fitness flow' and dance at the other, in the festival's own words, and everything is drop in

Accessibility & comfort
What the organiser or venue publishes about getting around, and what they do not.
Read the official one page site in full including its About, Media Gallery and Supporters sections, and the Eventbrite listing in full including its six question FAQ. Neither mentions accessibility, an accessible route, accessible parking, seating provision or ASL. The two adjacent facts published are that bathrooms are available on site and that parking is free and adjacent at the Metro North lot
Confirm your specific needs with the organiser's access team before you travel.
Schedule
The programme description read here is the 2026 Eventbrite listing's own, published alongside the October 10, 2026 date. The vendor and practitioner list on that listing is explicitly historical: it is headed '2026 Vendors & Healing Practitioners TBD' followed by '**Past Vendors & Healing Practitioners'. Those names are kept, labelled as past, and none of them is presented as confirmed for 2026

Teachers & presenters
10 names read from the Eventbrite lineup module for the 2026 edition on September 6, 2026, each with the link the festival attaches, plus Kasia Bilinska named in the listing body as the artist leading the organic mandala. The 2 September corpus carried only two of these, Sara Hart & Drew Campbell and Jeremy Schoenfeld, so eight names are new since then. A caution that matters for artist pages: Eventbrite's lineup module does not state a discipline, and two of the festival's own links point at wellness businesses rather than artist pages, valleyspiritbeacon.com for Emily Morrison and an instagram yoga account for Anne Roberts. This roster should not be assumed to be all musicians. The festival's own site names no 2026 performer at all; the artists it names, Richard Kolb, The Downside Up, Dassi Rosenkrantz, Chris Ames and Lauren Magarelli, are billed there as playing the 2024 and 2025 editions
Vendor village
A vendor village of artisans, food vendors and wellness practitioners, described by the festival as 'local artists, artisans, food vendors, and wellness practitioners offering handcrafted goods, nourishing bites, holistic products, and unique creations', and by the Eventbrite listing as 'artisans showcasing jewelry, art, natural skin + haircare, plant-based wellness, fresh juices, healthy food and more'. The 2026 roster was not announced at capture: the listing says '2026 Vendors & Healing Practitioners TBD' and then lists past ones, which are recorded in named_vendors and labelled as past. Practitioner bookings are powered by Heallist, which the festival says it is partnering with 'once again'. Vendor and practitioner applications run through a Google Form linked from the festival site. Separately, the festival site publishes a supporters list of 32 local businesses and individuals, recorded in supporters below; a supporter is not necessarily a stallholder
