Berkshire Yoga Festival returns to Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, Hancock, MA, Jun 10 to 13, 2027. Froligo tracks current ticket prices, attendee feedback and travel details.

What it stands for

The festival describes itself as more than a yoga festival: a place to learn, connect and belong, rooted in learning, connection and community, bringing internationally recognized teachers together with emerging voices united by a passion for education, curiosity and lifelong learning. It leans on the Berkshires' arts culture, connection to nature and spirit of wellness, aiming to feel both accessible and removed from everyday life

The experience

What's special

A four-day gathering each June at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort in the Berkshires, billed by the organizer as the biggest yoga festival in New England, with 80 plus presenters and over 200 classes and workshops. The 2026 program filled a dozen venues across the resort, from ballroom Vinyasa and Yin classes to kirtan and DJ-backed flows, mountaintop music and meditation hikes reached by chairlift, an Aerial Yoga Village, and a sauna and cold plunge recovery lounge, all anchored by a Vendor Village of some 80 wellness brands, makers and food stalls that stays open to the public

Last time around

The third annual edition ran June 11 to 14, 2026 at Jiminy Peak, with a 97-presenter directory including Seane Corn, Gary Kraftsow, Rod Stryker, Jill Miller, Leslie Kaminoff, Cyndi Lee and Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, evening concerts from Garth Stevenson, DJ Drez and Marti Nikko, kirtan with Girish, and around 190 distinct sessions

Kundalini

Breathwork, chanting and repeated movements aimed at energy and focus more than a workout.

Yoga Nidra

Guided lying-down meditation on the edge of sleep. No movement at all.

Aerial Yoga
Slow Flow

Vinyasa at half speed, with more time in each pose.

Accessibility & comfort

What the organiser or venue publishes about getting around, and what they do not.

Disability accessNo accessibility statement was published by the festival. The venue is a ski resort base area: mostly gently sloped outdoor terrain around the base lodge and inn, with resort buildings providing indoor facilities. Contact the festival through berkshireyogafestival.com and the resort (jiminypeak.com) about accessible rooms and step free routes between class areas
AgesClasses can only be attended by children ages 12 and up who purchase a ticket or pass, with exceptions for select Aerial Yoga classes. There are no children's classes; the teaching quality is meant for adults, and mature tweens and teens are left to parental discretion. The Vendor Village is entirely family friendly
ChildrenNo onsite childcare. Kids can use Jiminy Peak's Mountain Adventure Park (mountain roller coaster, alpine slide, climbing wall, ropes course; 38 inch height minimum) and Aerial Adventure Park (48 inch minimum), reserved directly through the resort

Airbnb

Hancock itself is tiny; the practical Airbnb zones are Pittsfield, Lanesborough and Williamstown, all within about 20 to 30 minutes of Jiminy Peak. June is the start of Berkshires high season (Tanglewood and summer theater), so lodging across the county tightens; the festival's own advice is to book early
