After disputes with local government and difficulty securing a venue, organizers canceled the 2026 edition and announced plans to leave Brevard County, saying they hoped to return in 2027 at a new site outside the county. A separate, unaffiliated event - the Space Coast Renaissance Fair in Viera - launched in the same window.
