The Dinah publishes an ADA ACCESSIBILITY section inside its FAQ page at thedinah.com/the-dinah-faqs/, covering parking, routes, viewing and interpreters. On terrain, the organiser states the venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities but warns that the venues terrain is partially grass, and that Premium Pass areas are accessible.

This is a multi venue weekend across Palm Springs hotels and event sites, and the festival does not provide transport between stages, so you cross the grounds independently or with a companion. On shuttles, the FAQ says only that shuttle services may be available through the official hotels and that you should check with them directly; the organiser does not say whether any such shuttle is accessible, and there are no airport transfers.
Each venue has ADA parking but it is limited, so contact the hotel at least 30 days ahead to reserve a space, and email [email protected] at least 30 days ahead if you cannot reach the hotel. To use ADA parking you need a Disabled Person Parking placard, permit or plate plus the DMV issued documentation and matching ID, and documentation will be verified.
Wheelchairs, scooters, crutches, walkers and canes are encouraged, and no mobility devices are rented onsite. Viewing areas for ADA attendees and one companion are provided at the main evening events on Friday and Saturday at Margaritaville for anyone who needs to see above the crowd; you must email [email protected] at least 30 days in advance to gain access.
Any additional companion beyond the first must buy a premium pass, so there is no free carer ticket. Viewing area seating is first come first served, no spot saving, and companions may be asked to stand at the back if capacity is reached.
All concessions are accessible and there are staffed medical sites at the pool parties and the main night events, marked on the festival maps. Note the deadline for reasonable accommodation requests is stated as 30 days before the event, although the page still shows a 2025 date, so contact them early.
