Convergence Wellness Campout's next dates haven't been announced yet. The last festival was 17 to 20 September 2026 in French Village, MO. Froligo tracks current ticket prices, camping, attendee feedback and travel details.

What it stands for

The organizer frames the weekend as 'Connect. Release. Remember.' and describes a mindful container rather than a sober event, asking attendees to be conscious of how they show up and to bring neither alcohol nor illegal substances. Accessibility of a different kind is part of the pitch: the event advertises itself as a way to invest in wellness without spending thousands, and it runs a limited pay what you can scholarship at a self selected price that covers full programming and camping

The experience

What's special

A four day campout on 700 forested acres of the Missouri Ozarks, capped at 2,222 people, where the day is built like a retreat rather than a festival: sunrise movement at seven, workshops from eight until four, then music until midnight and acoustic jams until sunrise. Walk-in camping comes with the ticket and camping beside your car is a $22 upgrade. The site does much of the work, with caves, springs, cliffs and trails to hike, and the VIP pass buys a private sound healing session inside a cave. Sam Garrett headlines the Saturday, Simrit the Sunday. No alcohol

What people love

An independent 2025 account published by Loud.global describes sunrise yoga, cacao ceremonies, ice plunges, breathwork, Thai massage and somatic and inner child workshops, and praises the alcohol free environment and the participatory, co-created feel while acknowledging the event's deliberately woo-woo character. That is one writer's account of a previous edition, not a 2026 review sample

The practice

Who it's for

mixed, self selected. No fitness scale is published. The organizer says the event meets both first time attendees and seasoned retreat-goers where they are. The range implied by the published offering runs from stillness, breath and sacred rest space through to hiking, cave access, cold plunge, dance and an 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM workshop day. The one concrete access requirement published is that the VIP cave sound healing needs a semi-steep climb, with a level ground alternative

Beyond the mat

  • breathwork
  • somatics and nervous system regulation
  • inner child work and play
  • yoga and embodied flow
  • guided meditation and group ceremony
  • cold plunge and heat therapy
  • creative expression, art and music
  • connection circles and community integration
  • nature immersion and grounding practices
  • sound healing

Styles named as the festival itself describes them.

Accessibility & comfort

What the organiser or venue publishes about getting around, and what they do not.

Disability accessNo accessibility guide is published. The one access accommodation the organizer does publish is for the VIP private sound healing session: it happens in a cave and requires climbing a semi-steep incline, and a level ground space is built out as an alternative
Quiet & supportHealing spaces and rest and recovery domes are listed among the on site amenities, plus a 'Sacred Space for Rest, Reflection & Renewal' among the daily offerings. Quiet hours run from midnight to sunrise
Shade & heatA 700 acre forested property with caves, springs, meadows and forest trails
AgesAll ages. Ages 0 to 13 attend free with a registered ticket; 14 to 17 pay a discounted youth rate
Children

The FAQ describes a Children's Village with programming created for young participants and says the event is formatted to accommodate people with and without young ones. The 2026 lineup poster instead names a 'Children's Meadow with curated schedule'.

Read the event and ticket page, the full FAQ, the homepage, the lineup page and the scholarships page. No accessibility guide exists. The only access content anywhere is the cave incline warning and its level ground alternative in the VIP pass description

Teachers & presenters

NO YOGA OR WELLNESS PRACTITIONER IS NAMED ANYWHERE for 2026, which is why lineup_detail is empty rather than partially filled. The festival publishes its wellness programme only as categories ('Yoga & Embodied Flow', 'Breathwork', 'Somatics & Nervous System Regulation' and so on), never as named teachers or class titles. The named 2026 roster is entirely musical and comes from the master lineup poster and four daily flyers on the lineup page, which are image files with no useful alt text and were read as images on September 5, 2026

Marketplace and vendors

The organizer confirms it has sponsors and vendors and links a sponsors and vendors page. No individual 2026 vendor is named on the pages captured, and no booth or vendor fee is published
