CRSSD has no standalone accessibility page, but the FAQ at crssdfest.com/info/ has a Health and Safety answer headed Is there disability / ADA access, which says CRSSD is ADA friendly and lists accessible routes. On terrain, the organiser describes the site, County of San Diego Waterfront Park at 1600 Pacific Coast Highway, as an urban oasis with water fountains, green grass and walking paths, so expect grass as well as paths; no gradient or surface detail beyond that.

ADA attendees may use Express Entry with one companion. ADA wristbands are picked up at Guest Services, one companion wristband is permitted per ADA attendee, and wristbands must not be removed during the weekend; the site does not say whether the companion needs a paid ticket, so ask before buying.
Elevated ADA viewing areas are available at each stage, on a first come first served basis with no seat saving, and a companion may be asked to stand at the back if the area reaches capacity. On arrival, the organiser recommends ridesharing and says there will be designated Uber and Lyft drop off points; no accessible parking, blue badge parking or drop off to gate distance is published.
There is no re-entry. This is a single site urban festival with no shuttle and no camping. Nothing is published about accessible toilets. The event is 21 and over and valid ID is required
