Dallas Yoga Fest comes to Allen, TX, Expected June. Froligo tracks free-entry details, attendee feedback and travel details.

What it stands for

The festival is produced by JKYog, the spiritual and educational organization founded by Swami Mukundananda, and frames itself in that devotional (Bhakti) tradition: celebrating yoga, culture and holistic living, and inviting attendees of all ages and backgrounds toward what it calls inner growth, self-discovery and meaningful connection. Everything is free, in keeping with the temple's community-service orientation, with volunteering and seva (service) opportunities woven through the event

The experience

What's special

A free three-day festival at the Radha Krishna Temple of Dallas in Allen, Texas, held each June in celebration of the International Day of Yoga and described by its organizer JKYog as its 12th consecutive year. The program packs more than 30 hours of sessions into a temple campus weekend: themed yoga classes, guided meditation and pranayama, a keynote and meditation with Swami Mukundananda, an evening of Hare Ram Mahamantra chanting, a Himalayan singing bowl sound healing concert, and an Ask the Doctors panel where six specialty physicians take questions on health and lifestyle. The final day lands on International Yoga Day itself, marked with a sunrise 108 Surya Namaskar, a healthy cooking contest and a closing sound healing concert, alongside a holistic-health vendor expo and a special healthy menu at the on-campus canteen

Recovery and comfort. A gentle-to-moderate program by design: most offerings are themed classes, guided meditation, pranayama and talks rather than athletic intensives, with chair yoga (June 2026 capture) and kids-and-seniors sessions on the bill. The festival's own tips list bringing a yoga mat, wearing comfortable clothing and footwear, staying hydrated, and maintaining and respecting personal space. The one physically demanding highlight is the sunrise 108 Surya Namaskar on International Yoga Day; pace yourself and hydrate for that one
