By car
Most people drive to Dublin Irish Festival. The nearest major airport is CMH, and from there it is a straightforward drive to the venue. Check current road and traffic conditions before you set off, and see parking below.
By train
No direct passenger rail to the venue was found. Drive, fly in, or use a shuttle instead.
By bus & public transit
Intercity coaches (Greyhound and FlixBus) serve downtown Columbus from Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Chicago and beyond. From the downtown Columbus stop, continue to Dublin by rideshare (~20-25 min) or COTA Line 33 toward Dublin MetroCenter. Note Columbus has no Amtrak passenger rail service at all, so intercity coach is the only ground option from out of state
Book / info →COTA AirConnect runs between John Glenn Columbus International (CMH) and downtown Columbus roughly every 30 minutes, about 6am-9:30pm daily, with luggage racks and USB charging. From downtown, COTA Line 33 (Henderson) reaches Dublin's MetroCenter/Metro Place area, which is exactly where the festival's free continuous shuttle departs (555 Metro Place North). Line 73 (Dublin rush hour) also links downtown and Metro Place but runs weekday peak only, so it mainly helps Friday arrivals. Total journey is slow (roughly 1.5-2 hours with transfer) but by far the cheapest option, and it connects directly into the festival's own shuttle

CMH to Dublin, OH is about 17 miles / 25-30 minutes via I-670 W and I-270 N. Uber's route page averages ~$50 for the trip (UberX cheapest); taxi fare calculators estimate ~$43. Both Uber and Lyft operate freely in Columbus with airport pickup zones at the terminal. During the festival, the designated rideshare pickup/drop-off point is Dublin City Hall, 5555 Perimeter Drive (not the festival gates), and the 2026 edition published Lyft code DUBLINIRISH26 for up to $10 off, expect an equivalent code for 2027
