A small, deliberately cheap camping yoga weekend in central Delaware, now in its sixth year, run by Baltimore teacher Dee Satterfield. The advertised weekend covers yoga and chair yoga, morning meditation, a sound bath, a Zumba or line dance class, donation based workshops, cocktails by the campfire, a movie projector night and a lip-sync battle, with table stretch and massage available on site for an extra charge. Recovery and comfort. A long weekend of camping with a gentle, social programme rather than a hard physical one: yoga and chair yoga, morning meditation, a sound bath, a dance class and campfire evenings. Table stretch and massage are available on site for an extra charge on a first come, first served basis. Cabins have a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning and heat, and a kitchenette; tent sites are simpler, so campers should plan for cool October nights, their own bedding and warm layers. The campground has full hook-up sites with unlimited Wi-Fi and says cell service works, with a few weak spots at the back of the park
