Grand Valley Yoga Fest comes to Palisade, CO, Expected May. Froligo tracks current ticket prices, attendee feedback and travel details.

What it stands for

Move, Connect and Give Back. The festival was founded as a seva project by two local couples after Mesa County endured years of suicide rates above state and national averages; it frames every ticket as direct support for local mental health and suicide awareness programs, and reports more than $50,000 donated since 2018, including gifts to Harmony Acres, Palisade High School and Heartbeat. The program carries the mission inside it, with free community sessions each day, a free class for veterans and first responders, and men's and women's circles alongside the yoga and music

The experience

What's special

A three-day charitable yoga festival in Palisade, Colorado, held on the Palisade High School campus among the Grand Valley's peach orchards, with stand-up paddleboard yoga on nearby Riverbend Park Lake. The 2026 edition, its fifth, packed 58 sessions into the weekend across nine areas: vinyasa and Kundalini classes, aerial yoga, kirtan concerts, drum circles and rhythm ceremonies, sound immersions, Thai Yoga Massage, myofascial release workshops and yogic philosophy talks, closing with a Final Flow led jointly by Govind Das, Saul David Raye, Sianna Sherman and the kirtan duo Rob and Melissa. What sets it apart is the mission: the festival donates 100 percent of proceeds to mental health and suicide awareness programs in the Grand Valley, and the 2026 edition sold out

Recovery and comfort. Recovery is unusually well catered on the program itself: RAD Roller (a festival sponsor) taught two myofascial release sessions (Heart Opening with RAD myofascial release tools; Yoga and Myofascial Release using the RAD Roller System), plus Thai Yoga Massage with Saul David Raye, self-care abhyanga massage, and sound immersions with healing-touch support. Massage and spa exhibitors (Healing Energy Therapeutic Massage & Boutique, The Garden Spa, Healing House Calls) were in the vendor village. For the late-May outdoor tent and lakeside sessions, sun protection and water are sensible; the festival publishes no packing list

Shop links may earn Froligo a commission; they never change the price you pay.
