Jersey Shore Yoga Festival's next dates haven't been announced yet. The last festival was 4 October 2026 in Red Bank, NJ. Froligo tracks current ticket prices, attendee feedback and travel details.

What it stands for

The founders build the festival on the literal meaning of the word yoga, union, and on the idea of a scene coming together rather than a programme being delivered. In their words: 'At the Jersey Shore Yoga Festival, our mission is to create a space where connection thrives through movement, breath, music, and shared experience. We believe in the power of community to uplift, inspire, and heal, and we are dedicated to bringing people together in a spirit of collaboration, support, and collective growth. Rooted in the energy of the shore and the heart of yoga, we invite all yogis to come celebrate this sacred practice with us.' The FAQ is candid about scale and ambition at once: a half day this year, food trucks and expansion intended later, and guest teaching slots offered to studios that come in as partners

The experience

What's special

A first edition and a deliberately small one: one morning, one price, one park, and a running order of five blocks rather than a grid of parallel classes. Everyone does the same thing at the same time. The centrepiece is 108 sun salutations led by a rotation of teachers drawn from Monmouth and Ocean counties, bracketed by an opening meditation and a closing block of sound bowls and kirtan, then a marketplace of local artists and wellness practitioners from 11:00. Eighteen teachers and presenters are named on the roster, most of them tied to studios along the shore, which makes the festival read more like a gathering of the local yoga scene than a touring bill. A portion of ticket proceeds goes to 180 Turning Lives Around, a Monmouth County nonprofit working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault; the festival does not say what portion

The practice

Who it's for

Who it's for. No fitness level guidance is published. The main block is 108 sun salutations, a long continuous sequence, and the festival says nothing about modifications, alternatives or opting out

Accessibility & comfort

What the organiser or venue publishes about getting around, and what they do not.

Disability accessNo accessibility statement is published on the official site, the FAQ or the Eventbrite listing
Shade & heatNothing is published about shade. The festival runs in a municipal waterfront park in the morning, finishing at noon
AgesAll ages. The FAQ answers 'Is the festival family friendly?' with 'Of course! We welcome all ages. Children 7 and under are free.'
ChildrenChildren 7 and under are free. No separate children's programme is published

Read the official homepage, the full FAQ page, the Get Involved page and the Eventbrite listing in full. None of them mentions accessibility, accessible parking, an accessible route, seating provision or ASL. The municipal park's own facility page on redbanknj.org could not be read: the borough site returned HTTP 502 through the harvest proxy on two separate paths, which is an unreachable source rather than an absent one

Confirm your specific needs with the organiser's access team before you travel.

Schedule

The running order and roster read here sit on the live site alongside the October 4, 2026 date and the words 'the first Jersey Shore Yoga Festival', so the programme is this edition's. There is no prior edition

What to bring

A full weekend of practice is easier with your own kit. What earns its place in the bag:

Yoga Mat
Four rolled cotton yoga mats in pink, yellow, blue and blackYour own mat

Rentals sell out and shared mats are thin. Bring a grippy, cushioned mat you trust for a full weekend of practice.

Shop options
Four reusable water bottles in a rowWater and electrolytes

Vigorous flows plus dry, high-altitude air dehydrate fast.

Shop options
Stack of folded flannel shirts in blues and greensWarm layers

Studios and shade run cool between sessions even when the sun is hot.

Shop options
Recovery and comfort. The centrepiece is 108 sun salutations, which is a long, repetitive, continuous practice and the most demanding thing on the running order by some distance. It is led by a rotation of teachers rather than one, and it is bracketed by gentler blocks: an opening meditation at 8:30 and a closing sound bowl experience with kirtan at 10:30. The festival asks attendees to bring their own mat and water bottle, and there is no food on site this year, so anything to eat afterwards has to come from downtown Red Bank or from home

Teachers & presenters

18 names read from the lineup grid on the live official site on September 6, 2026, each with the link the festival itself attaches. The 2 September corpus recorded 15, so the roster has grown. The Eventbrite listing carries a much shorter performer list of five, billing Jeannine Lombardi and Christian Valeriani as headliners alongside Tina Bock, Dana Potts and Lisa Brodrick; the official grid is the fuller source and is used here. Nobody except the five people named in the running order is assigned to a specific block, so most roles are recorded generically. Several of the festival's own links point at studio or business accounts rather than personal ones, and three point at a single Instagram post or reel rather than a profile; Resolve identities before any artist page is built

Plus the rest of the 18+ teachers, practitioners and speakers across the weekend.

Marketplace

A curated marketplace runs from 11:00 AM, described by the festival as featuring 'local artists, wellness practitioners, and more. Here, you can shop and indulge in services.' No individual vendor is named for 2026 and there is no vendor page live yet, although the sponsorship page describes a Marketplace Vendor tier that includes a table, two festival passes and a logo on a vendor page. Vendor applications run through the site's contact form. The festival will also sell a limited run of t shirts on site, first come first served. Studio partners and sponsors are shown as a logo strip; the names recovered from it are listed in named_vendors and several of those are derived from logo filenames rather than from published text
