LiTT Yoga Festival in Des Moines, WA hasn't announced its next dates yet. Froligo tracks current ticket prices, attendee feedback and travel details so you'll know the moment plans firm up.
What it stands for
The festival's name is an acronym: LiTT stands for LOVE is the TRUTH. The organisers describe a sacred, welcoming space where community gathers to move, express, heal and expand through yoga, breathwork, music and mindfulness, and say every detail supports a journey to Expand, Heal, Love, Remember and Become, which is also how the practice rooms are named. On movement they write that yoga grounds us in breath and presence while dance liberates the spirit, and that in community movement becomes medicine. LiTT is a non-profit organisation and describes itself as committed to making a positive impact in its community
The experience
What's special
A two-day waterfront yoga and music festival on Puget Sound, run by a Seattle non-profit and built around four named practice spaces called Expand, Heal, Become and Remember. The 2025 programme opened with an invocation ceremony on the lawn and ran four parallel 75 to 90 minute sessions in each block, mixing strong vinyasa and Blissology flows from Eoin Finn and Leah Zaccaria with Yin, Kundalini, an inversions foundations workshop from Shakti Vinyasa founder Lisa Black, breathwork, deity-archetype talks from Manoj Chalam, tarot, a women's circle and a daily ceremonial cacao circle. Evenings moved outdoors for ecstatic dance and sound healing under the stars, and the weekend closed with kirtan and a final circle

The practice
all levels. The organiser describes offerings for all ages and levels and welcomes every body into a space of authenticity, exploration and vibrant self-expression. Individual class copy runs from a challenging all-levels flow through a dynamic, creative and challenging vinyasa to a two-hour Yo-Qi programme and an inversions and handstand foundations workshop
Slower, foundational postures held breath by breath. The classic starting point.
Flowing sequences that link breath to movement. Expect to move and sweat.
Breathwork, chanting and repeated movements aimed at energy and focus more than a workout.
Fully supported poses with props, built for rest and recovery rather than effort.
Long, passive floor holds that reach deep tissue. Slow, quiet and meditative.

Accessibility & comfort
What the organiser or venue publishes about getting around, and what they do not.
No accessibility statement is published by the festival. Every page on littyogafestival.com was checked, including the sitemap, and none of them mention accessibility, ADA, wheelchair use, mobility, accessible parking, companion tickets, chair yoga or adaptive practice.
Read the full notes
The Eventbrite listing carries no accessibility line either. The only access-relevant detail comes from the venue, Des Moines Beach Park Event Center, which is a City of Des Moines facility and runs its own rental site at beachparkeventcenter.com.
That venue site describes the outdoor practice space, the meadow, as an open, groomed, grassy event space, so outdoor sessions are on mown grass rather than decking or hard standing. The venue site also states, on its Auditorium, Dining Hall and meadow pages, that these spaces are a five-minute walk to a large paid parking lot, and its rental policies page notes parking is paid and that when more than one event runs in the park, parking is first come first served.
Nothing published by either the festival or the venue states whether there is designated accessible parking, a drop off point closer than that five-minute walk, step free routes into the Auditorium or Dining Hall, accessible toilets, or a companion or carer ticket.
A disabled attendee should treat all of those as unknown and ask before booking
Checked the full littyogafestival.com sitemap (45 pages), the Eventbrite listing, the venue's own site beachparkeventcenter.com including every facility page and the rental policies, and the City of Des Moines facility record for Des Moines Beach Park. No accessibility page exists on any of them. To ask: the festival organiser is reachable at [email protected] (listed on littyogafestival.com and its terms page); the venue is reachable at [email protected] or 206-870-9370, office hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. CAUTION for whoever picks this up: web search result summaries repeatedly assert that this venue is 'ADA accessible, with support for guests of all abilities'. That wording could not be traced to any primary page on either the festival site or the venue site, and appears to originate from AI-written third party festival-roundup blogs. It has NOT been recorded here and should not be trusted
Confirm your specific needs with the organiser's access team before you travel.
