Amtrak serves downtown Eugene (433 Willamette St) directly, not the airport a city-level rail option for travelers already on the I-5 corridor (Portland/Seattle to the north, Coast Starlight south), then a short walk or LTD ride to Hult Center / UO venues

Only four trips per weekday total, one airport-touching departure each direction (~6:42am northbound, ~3:35pm southbound) a real option for a morning arrival, not for an evening-concert arrival pattern

Cost Festival spans two venue clusters with different parking: (1) Hult Center event parking in the attached garage (entrances off 6th Ave & Olive St) is $10/vehicle per event (raised from $6 on 1 Jun 2024; handicapped-placard holders park free; prepaid 6-coupon parking booklets available for $50 through the venue, not a third-party prepay platform); the Parcade garage across 7th Ave and five nearby Diamond Parking lots are alternatives, and on-street parking downtown is free after 6pm. (2) UO-campus venues (Beall Concert Hall etc.) free parking in Lot 18 after 6pm, ADA parking in Lot 20, metered options on 18th Street, per the festival's own venues page.
