What's special
The Scottish Celtic Heritage Festival is a community-run celebration of Scottish, Irish and Welsh heritage held at the City Park Pavilion in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Grown from a local Tartan Day, it offers ceili and traditional Scottish bands, Highland dancing, Scottish clan exhibits, genealogy help, heritage artisans and medieval re-enactors. It has been dormant in recent years, with the most recently documented edition being the 14th annual festival in April 2019

Admission was $5 per person, with children 12 and under free, and the day featured Scottish band Mad Maudlin alongside clan exhibits, genealogy help and traditional dancing
