State Fair of Texas returns to Fair Park, Dallas, TX, Sep 25 to Oct 18, 2026. Froligo tracks the confirmed lineup, current ticket prices, attendee feedback and travel details.

What to eat & drink

The 2026 New Foods list, sponsored by Scooter's Coffee, is the organiser's own annually refreshed showcase of named concessionaire dishes across the fairgrounds, priced in Food & Midway Coupons rather than dollars for several items (e.g. the 3D Fruit Ice Cream is 'just 7 coupons').

The experience

What's special

A 24-day state fair at the historic Fair Park, tracing to an 1886 charter, combining a 70-plus-ride Midway (the 212-ft. Texas Star Ferris wheel, the 500-ft. Top o' Texas Tower, the 1914 Dentzel Carousel), named yearly New Foods, Creative Arts competitions, livestock and horse shows, and the Chevrolet Main Stage, all under one gate admission with no separate rodeo or concert ticket layer
