Ben Williams (born December 28, 1984, in Washington, D.C.) is an American jazz bassist. A graduate of the Duke Ellington School of the Arts, Michigan State University, and the Juilliard School, he won the Thelonious Monk International Jazz Bass Competition in 2009. He released his debut album, State of Art, on Concord Records in 2011.
