Sleep Theory is an American rock band from Memphis, Tennessee, formed in 2019 and fronted by vocalist and Army veteran Cullen Moore. Their sound fuses heavy modern rock with R&B melodies, heard on the 2023 EP Paper Hearts and their 2025 debut album Afterglow.
