How do I get to BuzzFest?
By car
Most people drive to BuzzFest. The nearest major airport is IAH, and from there it is a straightforward drive to the venue. Check current road and traffic conditions before you set off, and see parking below.
By train
No direct passenger rail to the venue was found. Drive, fly in, or use a shuttle instead.
By bus & public transit
No single transit line connects IAH to The Woodlands. The only all-transit path is METRO Route 102 from the bus stop at IAH Terminal C baggage-claim level into downtown Houston (~1 hour, roughly every 15-30 min, ~5am to before midnight), then The Woodlands Express commuter coach from downtown to The Woodlands park-and-ride lots. The Woodlands Express is a WEEKDAY-ONLY commuter service oriented to peak hours, and the park-and-ride lots are not at the Pavilion, so this combo is realistically unusable for a Saturday evening concert like BuzzFest (the 2025 edition was held on a Saturday). There is no official BuzzFest or Pavilion airport shuttle. Texas Shuttle runs a 24/7 pre-booked door-to-door service between any address in The Woodlands and IAH terminals, fares 'start from $59 all-in' with no surge or per-bag fees; drive is typically 35-55 minutes. Useful for fly-in attendees staying at a Town Center hotel. Classified here as a shuttle for reader usefulness, but it is a commercial third-party service

The practical default: IAH to the Pavilion area is ~22 miles up I-45/Hardy Toll Rd, about 25-40 minutes outside peak traffic. UberX/Lyft standard estimates run roughly $32-45 before airport surcharge (Lyft adds a $2.75 IAH pickup surcharge) and before event-night surge; comfort/XL tiers roughly $60-75. Both apps operate normally in The Woodlands

Cost Free in the venue's monitored general lots; prepaid Preferred Parking priced per event via Ticketmaster (goes off sale ~10 days before show); paid onsite garage behind the Pavilion is cashless. Prepay via Ticketmaster (optional prepaid Preferred Parking, Gold Lot garage off Six Pines). The Pavilion offers free parking in four lighted, monitored lots a short walk from the venue off Grogans Mill Rd and Timberloch Pl, plus free garage/lot parking around Town Center. Prepaid Preferred Parking (Gold Lot garage) exits first after the show. Free accessible parking is first-come in the adjacent Gold Lot with plates/placard; the garage itself has no free accessible parking
