What it stands for
The Summit describes itself as existing to shift yoga from being seen only as exercise to being practised as a way of living, on and off the mat, and frames the weekend around seva, or selfless service: 5 percent of proceeds go to local nonprofits and a portion funds scholarships and free community offerings including a monthly class series called The Reconnection Reset

A three-day gathering in a 700 acre botanic garden and working farm in the foothills southwest of Denver, built around 90+ classes, workshops, talks and panels spread across roughly a dozen named outdoor spaces, from a Main Stage and an Open Air Chapel to a Rustic Barn, a Lavender Pergola and a sound-healing yurt. Friday opens at 4pm with garden time, an opening asana practice, food trucks and a marketplace, then a 6pm opening ceremony and an outdoor concert with the touring musician Mose. Saturday and Sunday run full days of programming, with a Teacher Track carrying continuing education credit for Yoga Alliance registered teachers
The practice

The organiser states the Summit welcomes all experience levels, with multiple tracks running at once so attendees can build a weekend that fits their practice, and describes the programme as spanning curious beginners to seasoned teachers. Chair-based and adaptive sessions run daily alongside stronger vinyasa, kriya and power classes

A curated marketplace of Colorado wellness, yoga and lifestyle brands. The organiser says vendors are selected rather than filled in, covering yoga apparel, artisanal jewellery, plant-based treats, Ayurvedic tools and holistic services, and that vendor numbers are intentionally limited.
