The Yoga Expo Los Angeles comes to Pasadena, CA, Next edition to be announced. Froligo tracks ticket prices, attendee feedback and travel details.

What it stands for

The expo's stated purpose is to connect wellness and yoga practitioners to teachers and brands that uplift mind, body and spirit, under the banner of nurturing holistic lifestyles wherever we flow. It presents itself as a celebration of consciousness and a yoga tradeshow at once, with four advertised pillars: practice unlimited yoga and meditation sessions, listen to live music through the day, taste local, organic and sustainable food, and shop the marketplace. Accessibility to beginners is explicit: no pre-registration for classes, all experience levels welcome, all ages welcome and children under 12 free. A visible strand of the programme is aimed at wellness professionals rather than practitioners, with sessions on studio systems, pricing, retreats and scaling a wellness business

The experience

What's special

A single day convention that packs a festival's worth of programme into a Pasadena convention center. The 2026 Los Angeles edition ran from 10am to 6pm across a Main Stage, a Center Stage and eight breakout rooms, with around 50 sessions and no sign-ups: attendees pick classes on the day and are asked only to arrive ten minutes early. The programme deliberately mixes asana with everything around it, so a Power Vinyasa or an inversions class sits next to an Ayurveda lecture, a Stanford yoga-therapy talk, sound baths with crystal bowls, kirtan on the Center Stage, Face Yoga, reflexology for menopause, and a block of business sessions for studio owners. The marketplace runs alongside all day, and the organizer claims more than 150 exhibitors

What people love

The organizer publishes attendee testimonials on its about page dated 2019 and 2020, describing variety of classes, the vendor mix and looking forward to the next year. These are organizer-selected quotes from earlier editions, not independent reviews, and are not scored

The practice

Who it's for

all experience levels. The organizer states that the expo offers classes and workshops for all experience levels and answers the question 'I've never done yoga before, is that okay?' with 'Absolutely!'. In practice the range is wide: Ultimate Power Vinyasa is described as faster paced and aimed at intermediate and advanced practitioners with inversions such as crow, eka pada koundinyasana and headstand and handstand variations, while other sessions are seated talks, sound baths and gentle flows

Accessibility & comfort

What the organiser or venue publishes about getting around, and what they do not.

Disability accessThe Yoga Expo itself publishes nothing on accessibility. Its FAQ page and the FAQ block on its home page cover tickets, ages, food, what to bring and parking, and never mention accessibility, ADA, wheelchairs, step free access, companion or carer tickets, ASL, quiet space, chair yoga or adaptive practice. The one adjacent statement is a parking answer saying there is plenty of parking at the venue, which says nothing about accessible spaces. The Eventbrite listing carries no accessibility section either. Two operational details from the organiser's FAQ are worth knowing because they bear on access even though they are not framed that way: classes are filled first come first served with no pre-registration, and attendees are told to arrive at least ten minutes early to get in, which means queueing and no reserved or held places, and the expo is a single all day event running 10am to 6pm. Neither is a disability accommodation and neither should be read as one. Everything genuinely useful here comes from the venue, and must be attributed to the venue. The Pasadena Convention Center, through the Pasadena Convention and Visitors Bureau, publishes its own accessibility page. In the venue's own words it strives to provide excellent service to guests with disabilities and special needs and states its facilities are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The venue lists designated parking including van accessible spaces on a first come first served basis, and on its parking page adds that multiple such spaces are located near the elevator entrance, with elevators connecting the subterranean parking level to the plaza level where the convention center sits. The venue also lists ADA compliant restrooms and permits service animals under US Department of Justice rules. Note the venue's own caution that its overflow lot at Del Mar Station is a slight uphill ten minute walk, and that the parking structure has a 6 foot 6 inch height limit, which will exclude many high roof wheelchair accessible vans from the on-site garage. None of this is the festival's statement, and the venue's ADA compliance says nothing about how The Yoga Expo lays out its own rooms, mats, marketplace aisles or stage, whether it offers a companion ticket, or whether any session is adaptive or chair based
AgesAll ages are welcome and children under 12 attend for free
ChildrenThe organizer says the expo creates an experience for every family member, with activities and entertainment for the whole family alongside the classes

Recovery and comfort. This is an indoor convention day rather than a weekend outdoors, and the risk is volume rather than exposure: classes run in eight rooms plus a main stage from 10am to 6pm with no sign-ups, so it is easy to string together SurFlow board work, a Power Vinyasa, an inversions class and a fascial release session in the same afternoon. The organizer's own advice is to arrive ten minutes before each class you choose. Bring your own mat and props, since the expo asks you to bring any props you would like to use, and a water bottle. The schedule builds in soft landings if you want them: a lunch-break music set, two sound-bath sessions, a sleep and Yoga Nidra workshop and a closing movement meditation are all on the same programme as the harder classes

Shop links may earn Froligo a commission; they never change the price you pay.

The Yoga Expo Marketplace

The organizer describes an innovation-infused marketplace where exhibitors show yoga apparel, accessories, technology and holistic wellness products, and claims 150 plus exhibitors. The 2026 exhibitor page groups them as Title Sponsors, an OM Sponsor, a Lotus Sponsor and Exhibitors, but publishes every name as a logo image only, so no names are recoverable from the page text
